🏆 At PIREL, we believe the best product isn’t the one that just follows the market—it’s the one that solves the next real problem a client brings to us.
In software development, it’s easy to get caught up in roadmaps, market trends, competitor movements, and industry predictions. But our success has always come from delivering what our clients actually need.
That’s why our listen-first approach to product development earns us feedback like this:
“PIREL, is a company that listens, remains open and flexible, and delivers agile solutions tailored to its clients’ business needs.” – Raynald Paquin, CIO of UAP

Obviously, we didn’t invent anything. Our strategy is influenced by Agile and Lean principles—iterating often and efficiently, minimizing unnecessary complexity, ensuring customer feedback, and most importantly, working on what brings true value to the client. As Lean thinking suggests: “Value is defined by the customer, not by the development team.”
Rather than an off-the-shelf product, we provide a powerful toolkit built around Sisalto—our core engine—combined with fully integrated, highly configurable software routines and utilities. Designed for flexibility, this toolkit delivers robust functionality while allowing us to tailor each implementation to meet specific client needs.
As technology providers, we see it as our role to track security challenges, regulatory shifts, and market trends, etc.—but those are just part of the equation. Our clients rely on us to be experts in all these areas and help them navigate these fields while also delivering great software—and we love that role!
Our priorities towards our clients:
➡️ Listen – Industry reports tell us where things might go, but client feedback tells us what actually matters today.
➡️ Adapt – Flexibility is key—not just in software, but in how we collaborate and deliver.
➡️ Analyze – Compliance, security risks, and technology trends inform our approach, but no roadmap should be set in stone.
➡️ Deliver Impact – Every iteration is designed to deliver value while tackling actual business challenges.
At the end of the day, Raynald’s words sum it up well: agility, openness, and flexibility aren’t just principles—they’re the foundation of how we work with our clients. And we’re grateful for the success this approach brings to both them and us.
So once again, thank you Raynald! 🙏
