PIREL has a reputation for providing excellent customer service and support.
Our Help Desk (1-866-449-5199) is available free of charge to all of our
customers from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (EST).
To suit the individual needs of our customers, we have developed a variety of extended support packages:
PIREL Support Packages
Bronze Level
Includes telephone support from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (EST). This is included in the Royalty and support fee of all PIREL products.
Silver Level
Telephone support from 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday (EST). This extended support package ensures 9 to 5 coast to coast access throughout North America.
Gold Level
Telephone support 24 hours per day Monday through Friday
Platinum Level
Telephone support 24 hours per day 7 days per week
